Performance Features
1.This equipment adopts a crawler chassis. The hydraulic system composed of the engine and hydraulic pump installed at the rear of the upper vehicle drives the motor reducer of the crawler chassis to realize the self-propelled function.
2.Four hydraulic outriggers are installed on the front and rear sides of the crawler chassis. The main unit can be supported and leveled horizontally in all directions without ground leveling on the construction site. The outriggers are independently controlled for flexible opening and closing. During operation, the hydraulic outriggers extend outward, with the maximum supporting width of the left and right outriggers reaching 4.5 meters.
3.An auxiliary gantry frame is fitted inside the main gantry frame, which effectively improves the guiding performance, ensures higher construction stability without shaking, and greatly extends the service life of drill pipes. The power head is mounted on the inner side of the lower end of the auxiliary gantry frame. Hydraulic cylinders for lifting the power head (together with the auxiliary frame) are installed inside the square vertical tubes of the auxiliary frame.
4.The power head is specially designed for rotary drilling rigs and driven by three 107 variable displacement motors to boost output torque. The slurry pump is directly driven by a 90 KW electric motor, eliminating energy loss from electro-hydraulic conversion and reducing construction costs simultaneously.
5.Two independent hydraulic systems are arranged at the hydraulic power station on the rear of the platform:
Ⅰ. The travel hydraulic system consists of a 103 KW four-cylinder diesel engine and a negative flow constant power variable pump, serving executive components including travel motors, main unit outrigger cylinders, door frame outrigger cylinders and mast lifting cylinders. It facilitates on-site travelling and accurate pile hole positioning of the drilling rig.
Ⅱ. The power head hydraulic system is composed of a 132 KW high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor and a negative flow constant power variable pump, applied to the power head operation, lifting cylinders, manipulator cylinders, hydraulic winches and other actuators. Hydraulic components adopt well-known domestic and international brands such as Rexroth, Kawasaki (Korea), HC Hydraulics (Italy), Jiangsu Hengli and Sichuan Changjiang Hydraulics, delivering superior and stable performance.
