Performance Features
1.High torque and large lifting force, specially suitable for complex geological conditions such as gravel, cobblestone and rock.
2.The gantry can be tilted at 0~25°, applicable to inclined pile foundation construction.
3.Rectangular thread connection is adopted for drill rod joints, enabling automatic disassembly and assembly of drill rods.
4.Equipped with a manipulator and auxiliary winch, it ensures convenient, reliable and labor-saving drill rod mounting and dismounting.
5.Adopting advanced design concepts, the hydraulic system draws on mature hydraulic technology of rotary drilling rigs and is specially designed for pump suction reverse circulation. Major hydraulic components including main pumps, power head motors, main valves and auxiliary valves adopt well-known domestic and international brands such as Rexroth, Eaton (Korea), Kawasaki (Korea) and HC Hydraulics (Italy), with superior overall performance.
6.All key components of the electric control system (display, controller) adopt high-end original parts from famous domestic and overseas brands. The control box is equipped with reliable aviation connectors, forming a dedicated high-performance electric control system for domestic pump suction reverse circulation drilling rigs.
7.Variable displacement pumps and variable motors are configured to realize constant power output and automatic speed regulation, greatly improving working efficiency.

12.Drill rod specification: Φ325×25×2000. The drill rods are connected by threads for automatic assembly and disassembly. The male and female joints at both ends adopt tapered rectangular threads, made of 35CrMo steel with quenching and tempering treatment. The drill rod body is made of 16Mn steel. Welding processes include pre-welding preheating and post-welding heat preservation to ensure welding quality and extend service life.
13.Drilling tools: All drilling tools configured for the equipment are rotary type. Custom drilling tools are recommended according to different geological conditions.
Structural classification: two-wing, three-wing and four-wing rotary drills, cylindrical rotary drills;
Cutter classification: scraper alloy teeth, roller cone teeth and hob cutter teeth.
14.Designed by water conservancy experts from Jiangsu University of Technology, the slurry pump adopts leading domestic technology. Equipped with a double-channel impeller, it delivers high efficiency and remarkable energy-saving effects. The pump casing and impeller are made of high-chromium iron via investment casting, featuring high surface finish, excellent wear resistance and long service life. The impeller has passed dynamic balance testing for stable and high-speed operation. It can smoothly discharge solid particles smaller than the drill rod inner diameter, including rock fragments and cobblestones, avoiding repeated crushing of solids and ensuring high slag discharge efficiency.
15.Power head: Constant power output and automatic speed regulation. Under different geological conditions, the variable motors of the power head automatically adjust output torque and rotating speed, realizing high automation, fast penetration rate and high construction efficiency.
