Performance Features
1.This equipment adopts a crawler chassis. Two independent hydraulic systems are installed at the hydraulic pump station on the rear of the platform:
1.1 The traveling hydraulic system consists of a 103kW four-cylinder diesel engine and a negative flow constant-power variable pump. It supplies power to actuators such as travel motors, main machine outrigger cylinders, door frame outrigger cylinders, and mast lifting cylinders. It facilitates on-site traveling and accurate positioning of the drill rig for pile holes.
1.2 The power head hydraulic system is driven by a 132kW three-phase asynchronous motor and a negative flow constant-power variable pump, which serves actuators including the power head, secondary lifting cylinders, manipulator cylinders and hydraulic winches. Hydraulic components adopt well-known domestic and international brands such as Rexroth, Kawasaki (Korea), HC Hydraulics (Italy), Jiangsu Hengli and Sichuan Changjiang Hydraulics, ensuring stable and superior performance.
2.An auxiliary gantry frame is installed inside the main gantry frame, and the power head is mounted on the inner side of the lower end of the auxiliary frame. A secondary hydraulic cylinder for lifting and lowering the power head and auxiliary frame is arranged inside the square pipe of the auxiliary frame’s vertical beam. The secondary hydraulic cylinder realizes the minimum working height, making the machine suitable for construction in low headroom sites.
3.The equipment is equipped with a rotary drilling rig type power head driven by three 107 variable displacement motors, featuring constant power output and automatic speed regulation, which greatly improves drilling efficiency.
4.In the middle of the upper platform, a slurry pump directly driven by a 90kW motor and a clean water pump driven by a 75kW motor are installed. By controlling the forward and reverse circulation switching valve, the forward and reverse circulation conversion for slag discharge can be realized automatically.
5.The slurry pump is designed by hydraulic experts from Jiangsu University with the most advanced domestic hydraulic model and a double-channel impeller, delivering remarkable energy-saving effects. With large flow capacity, the impeller can discharge solid particles (such as strip stones and pebbles) not exceeding the drift diameter of the drill rod at one time, avoiding or reducing repeated crushing of solid materials and achieving high slag discharge efficiency.
6.The drill rods adopt tapered rectangular thread connection for easy automatic assembly and disassembly. The male and female joints at both ends of the drill rod are made of 35CrMo steel with quenching and tempering treatment; the drill rod body adopts Q345B (16Mn) material. The welding process includes pre-welding preheating and post-welding heat preservation treatment, which guarantees welding quality and greatly extends the service life of drill rods.
7.Drilling tools: All drilling tools matched with the equipment are rotary drilling tools. We recommend different drilling tools for customers according to various geological conditions.
Classification by structure: two-blade, three-blade, four-blade rotary drilling tools and cylindrical rotary drilling tools;
Classification by drill bit teeth: scraper alloy teeth, roller cone teeth and hob cutter teeth.
