Performance Features
1.Drill rods can be transported without disassembly, which saves logistics costs and improves transfer efficiency. The lower chassis width is 2230 mm, offering excellent trafficability and enabling flexible construction in narrow construction sites.
2.Adopting the XCMG XE75DA excavator chassis, it features solid workmanship, high stability and premium configuration. Equipped with a high-power Kubota China Stage III engine, it complies with national emission standards and delivers outstanding performance in economy, high efficiency, environmental protection and stable operation.
3.Fitted with a leading domestic brand power head, it reaches a maximum rotation speed of 52 rpm, with high torque, reliable performance and stable quality.
4.The hydraulic system inherits the mature and advanced design of XCMG XE75DA. The auxiliary system adopts a load-sensing system to realize on-demand flow distribution.
5.Based on the original electric control system of XCMG XE75DA, an additional rotary drilling electronic control system is integrated. Core components including the display, controller, inclination sensor and depth measuring proximity switch adopt high-end original imported parts from well-known domestic and international brands. The control box is equipped with high-reliability aviation connectors, tailored for domestic construction machinery.
6.The main and auxiliary winches are mounted on the tripod mast for convenient observation of steel wire rope routing. With double-broken-line drum design, it avoids rope biting during multi-layer winding, effectively reduces steel wire rope wear and greatly extends its service life.
