Performance Features
1.No need to disassemble drill rods for transportation, which saves logistics costs and improves transfer efficiency. The lower chassis is equipped with telescopic tracks. The fully retracted width is 2320 mm, and the fully extended width reaches 2920 mm. It features excellent trafficability and flexible construction in narrow construction sites.
2.Equipped with a high-power Yanmar engine, it meets China’s National Stage III emission standards, and is economical, efficient, environmentally friendly and stable in operation.
3.The self-developed power head benefits from 20 years of technical accumulation, with a maximum rotating speed of 47 r/min. It has the advantages of high torque, reliable performance and stable quality.
4.The hydraulic system adopts advanced international concepts and is optimally designed for rotary drilling rigs. Major components including the main pump, power head motor, main valve, auxiliary valve, balance valve, travel system, slewing system and pilot handles are all well-known brands at home and abroad. The auxiliary system adopts a load-sensing system to realize on-demand flow distribution.
5.All key components of the electric control system (display, controller, inclination sensor, depth measuring proximity switch, etc.) adopt high-end original parts from famous domestic and international brands. The control box is equipped with high-reliability aviation connectors, making it a dedicated product for domestic construction machinery.
6.The main and auxiliary winches are arranged on the mast for easy observation of steel wire rope routing. Adopting a double-broken-line drum structure, it prevents rope biting during multi-layer winding, effectively reduces steel wire rope wear and greatly extends its service life.
