Performance Features
1.Transportation can be realized without disassembling drill rods, which saves logistics costs and improves transfer efficiency. The lower chassis is equipped with a telescopic track structure.The fully retracted width is 3.0 m, and the fully extended width reaches 4.1 m. It delivers excellent trafficability and enables flexible construction in narrow working sites.
2.It is equipped with a high-power Dongfeng Cummins engine that meets China’s National Stage III emission standards, featuring fuel economy, high efficiency, environmental friendliness and stable operation.
3.The self-developed power head is built on 20 years of technical accumulation, with a maximum rotation speed of 33 r/min. It offers high torque, reliable performance and stable quality.
4.The hydraulic system adopts advanced international concepts and is optimally designed for rotary drilling rigs. Key components including the main pump, power head motor, main valve, auxiliary valve, balance valve, travel system, slewing system and pilot control handles all adopt well-known domestic and international brands. The auxiliary system applies a load-sensing system to realize on-demand flow distribution.
5.All core components of the electric control system (display, controller, inclination sensor, depth measuring proximity switch, etc.) adopt high-end original parts from famous brands at home and abroad. The control box is fitted with high-reliability aviation connectors, making it a dedicated high-quality product for domestic construction machinery.
6.The main winch and auxiliary winch are arranged on the mast for easy observation of steel wire rope routing. Adopting double spiral drum design, it avoids rope biting during multi-layer winding, effectively reduces rope wear and greatly extends the service life of steel wire ropes.
