Performance Features
1.Transportation can be realized without dismantling drill rods, which saves logistics costs and improves transfer efficiency. The lower chassis is equipped with telescopic tracks, with a fully retracted width of 2580 mm and a fully extended width of 3900 mm. It features good trafficability and flexible construction in narrow job sites.
2.It is equipped with a high-power Dongfeng Cummins engine, meeting China’s National Stage III emission standards, with the advantages of fuel economy, high efficiency, environmental protection and stable operation.
3.The self-developed power head is based on 20 years of technical accumulation, with a maximum rotation speed of 32 r/min. It delivers high torque, reliable performance and stable quality.
4.Adopting advanced international design concepts, the hydraulic system is specially optimized for rotary drilling rigs. Key components including the main pump, power head motor, main valve, auxiliary valve, balance valve, travel system, slewing system and pilot handles adopt well-known domestic and international brands. The auxiliary system applies a load-sensing system to achieve on-demand flow distribution.
5.All core components of the electric control system (display, controller, inclination sensor, depth measuring proximity switch, etc.) adopt high-end original parts from famous brands at home and abroad.
