The cause of the malfunction is that the drill rod is fixed to the main winch drum through a steel wire rope, and the drill rod can only be raised or lowered correspondingly when the drum rolls or releases the steel wire rope. The power of the drum comes from the main winch motor that has been decelerated multiple times, and its stopping is achieved by the brake directly installed on the reducer. During the process of lifting or lowering the drill rod, if the operating handle is returned to the neutral position but the drill rod cannot stop quickly, there may be three reasons: first, brake lag; Secondly, the two hydraulic locks at the outlet of the motor end fail, and the motor cannot immediately stop rotating under the torque of the wire rope; The third reason is easily overlooked. All drilling rigs have a drill rod release function, which is provided by solenoid valve 3 to release the brake signal oil. Then, solenoid valve 2 connects the inlet and outlet ports of the main hoist motor through two oil pipes, ensuring that the drill bit can always contact the working face and have a certain pressure during the drilling process. In other operating conditions, solenoid valve 2 will disconnect the two oil pipes leading to the inlet and outlet of the motor. If the disconnection is not timely, the above fault phenomenon will occur.
