1. Pre review of construction organization design is required. Before the commencement of the project, the construction unit shall submit the construction organization design (special construction plan) to the supervision department for review in advance, which includes construction methods, main technical indicators, and control measures. After being reviewed by the supervising engineer, the construction organization design plan will be improved. 
2. It is necessary to carefully control the measurement and positioning. Measurement and positioning are the key to the entire work, and must be given sufficient attention in terms of ideology. They are related to the accuracy of the hole position, the verticality of the borehole, and the elevation of the reference plane. In the specific operation process, the construction unit must strictly implement the requirements of the three inspection system layer by layer, communicate with the supervision party in a timely manner, combine with the supervision party's careful review and acceptance, and strictly control deviations within the allowable range of the design or specifications. 
3. The casing and drilling rig must be installed firmly and accurately. The casing has the functions of fixing the pile position, drilling guidance, protecting the hole opening, and isolating the outer layer water inside and outside the hole. During the production process, it is required to be sturdy, durable, not easily deformed, leak proof, easy to load and unload, and reusable. Generally, steel casing with flanges is used, made of 3-5mm thick steel plates. A reinforcing rib is welded on the outer side, middle, and lower parts of the casing to increase rigidity and prevent deformation. The shape can be made as a whole or two semicircles. When burying, the plane position should be ensured to be correct, with a deviation of no more than 5cm and a height of 1.0-2.0m above the construction water level. The casing buried underwater should be lowered to a stable depth along the guide frame using methods such as self weight, water injection, vibration, or hammering.
